The preliminary schedule for the resettlement of the population from the flood zone and the list of relocated farms and families are approved annually by the executive bodies of the local authorities of the resettling and receiving parties. The lists of displaced persons are coordinated with the Ministry of Labor and Social Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as the Directorate for the flooding zone of the Rogun HPP – for execution.
Land plots are distributed in the presence of the competent commission by drawing lots.
