Resettlement works are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the World Bank (clause 4.12. “Resettlement Policy”) and the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan on resettlement from the flood zone. The World Bank experts have taken special control over the direction of resettlement, such as explanatory work, analysis of legality, information campaigns and public meetings with the local population and representatives of local authorities, taking into account the benefits of the resettled persons.
