Born on June 19, 1967 in the Republic of Tajikistan.
Nationality – Tajik.
In 1991 – he graduated from the Agricultural University of Tajikistan.
Specialty – scientific agronomist.

Since 1991 – teacher, deputy director of vocational school No. 57, Dangara district;
Since 1996 – head of the auxiliary facilities of the cotton processing plant in the city of Kurgantyube;
Since 1998 – production shift master, cotton commodity expert, cotton fiber commodity expert at the Cotton Factory of the Dangara region;
Since 2009 – leading specialist, chief specialist of the Project Management Center for debt settlement of cotton farms and sustainable development of cotton farming, Dushanbe;
Since 2011 – Head of the Supply Department of the State Institution “Directorate for the flooding zone of the Rogun HPP”;
Since 2015 – Head of the Environmental and Social Department of the State Institution “Directorate for the flooding zone of the Rogun HPP”;
Since March 3, 2017 – Deputy Director of the State Institution “Directorate for the flooding zone of the Rogun HPP”.
