Born on August 23, 1983 in the Republic of Tajikistan.
Nationality – Tajik.
In 2005 – graduated from the Tajik Technical University named after Academician M. S. Osimi
Specialty – electrical engineer.

Since 2005 – electrician in the Central Electric networks of the SCO “Barki tojik”, the city of Dushanbe;
Since 2006 – Master electrician, head of the section of the open joint stock company “NURAKIBOSOZ”, the city of Nurek;
Since 2009 – Electrical Engineer, Director, Chief Engineer of the Rogun HPP Flooding Zone Management of the Rogun HPP Open Joint Stock Company, Rogun city;
Since 2011 – Deputy Director of the State Institution “Directorate for the flooding zone of the Rogun HPP”, Dushanbe;
Since February 10, 2017 – in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan No. 64 dated February 10, 2017, Director of the State Institution “Directorate for the flooding zone of the Rogun HPP”, the city of Dushanbe.
Speaks Tajik and Russian.
