The resettlers’ complaints have been reviewed
During the nine months of 2025, the central office of the State Institution “Directorate of the Flooding area of the Rogun HPP” and its regional representations received 54 written and verbal submissions from resettlers (relocatees) on the following matters.
In total:
54 – Applications, requests and complaints were received.
21 – Applications;
33 – Requests;
9 – Were resolved.
2 – Were resolved under Phase I.
7 – Were resolved under Phase II.
29 – Applications and requests are under review in Phase I.
16 – Applications and requests are under review in Phase II.
Including:
24 – Requests regarding payment for houses;
5 – Applications for allocation of a land plot;
1 – Application regarding documentation of residential houses;
14 – Applications regarding replacement of household homestead plots;
1 – Request regarding payment for the building of the chaihona in Khojavalisho village;
1 – Application for allocation of a land plot for the construction of a pharmacy;
5 – Applications for allocation of a land plot for the construction of a grocery store;
1 – Application for allocation of a land plot for the construction of a vehicle repair workshop;
1 – Request for financial assistance.
1 – Collective application for allocation of a land plot for the cemetery of Yoli Garmoba village, Jamoati dehoti Qadi ob, Rogun city.
The State Institution “Directorate of the Flooding area of the Rogun HPP”, in accordance with the laws and applicable normative acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, together with the relevant ministries and agencies and the executive authorities of cities and districts, processed and reviewed the written and verbal applications and complaints of resettlers.
In connection with the above, the review of citizens’ applications within the Directorate proceeds as follows:
Note: On 10 September 2025, an application was submitted to the State Institution “Directorate of the Flooding area of the Rogun HPP” from Mr. Rahmatov Qudratullo, a resident of the Buston neighborhood of the Sebistoni Jamoati Fayzobod District, regarding the allocation of funds for the construction of a residential house. The Directorate considered the application and partially allocated funds to continue the construction of the residential house.
