THE RESETTLERS’ APPLICATIONS, REQUESTS AND COMPLAINTS WERE REVIEWED
During the past 12 months of the current reporting year, 82 applications, requests and complaints with specific requirements to improve living conditions and livelihoods were received from forced migrants and workers addressed to the management of the State Enterprise “Directorate of flooding zone of Rogun HPP”and were resolved.
In total:
- 82- applications, requests, complaints received
- 30 – applications
- 52 – requests
- 64 – resolved
- 44 – resolved at stage 1
- 20 – resolved at stage 2
- 8 – applications and requests are under consideration at the first stage
- 10 – applications and requests are under consideration at the second stage.
State institution “Directorate of flooding zone of Rogun HPP” in accordance with the applicable laws, acts and regulations of the Republic of Tajikistan, together with the relevant ministries, departments and executive bodies of the state authorities of cities and districts, fulfilled and considered written and oral applications, request and complaints from resettlers.
